Complement public trends with local observations. Record when and where observations were made to preserve their context.

Decentralizing intelligence handling and execution.
The future HUMINT is working toward.
Field intelligence and original data for institutions, businesses and AI research.
Some changes cannot be read from numbers or satellite imagery alone. Local observations and explanations from people who understand the region provide the context decisions need.
HUMINT connects intelligence agencies, public institutions, private analysts and AI research teams with human sources on the ground. Collect field reports and new data for AI training and evaluation, building trust through review and reward histories.

Complement public trends with local observations. Record when and where observations were made to preserve their context.
Track changes in industry, logistics and markets locally. Connect public sources and field reports to strengthen economic security analysis.
Document public infrastructure and post-disaster conditions. Focus on observable facts such as accessibility, operations and recovery.
Understand living conditions and public support systems. Report regional conditions and verifiable needs without identifying individuals.
From overseas suppliers to cut-off disaster areas and regions missing from your data. Connect questions about places you cannot easily visit with people already there.

From collection to review, rewards and reputation.
One process for the flow of intelligence.
Set the region, questions, deadline and reporting criteria. Deposit the rewards and fee reserve before publishing.
Sources participate under aliases and submit observations, dates and evidence as text, images or files.
The requester reviews reports and chooses who gets paid. Every approved participant can be rated independently of payment.
Deposits, reward payments, platform fees and refunds are recorded on EVM. Anyone can verify the transactions and actual settlement amounts.
Deposit HRS for requirements and reward contributions from the field.
HRS is used for request escrow, rewards, platform fees and paid contact. Price, principal, returns and liquidity are not guaranteed. You may lose the entire value. Read the full token notice
Loading token information…You don't have to wait for a request. Sources can publish their own field reports, analysis and data, and set a price in HRS. Buyers review the public summary and scope before purchasing access.
Check the subject, region, collection timeframe and scope. Private reports and files stay hidden before purchase.
Review the price and platform fee, then sign with your wallet. Seller proceeds and fees settle together in one transaction.
Your purchased material unlocks when payment is finalized. Purchase history and transaction signatures are recorded, and reports and files become available to the buyer.
Purchase grants non-exclusive access, without copyright transfer or redistribution rights.
Public profiles focus on aliases and broad activity regions. Reports are accessible to the requester and submitter; originals and files are encrypted at rest.
Create a source profileWallet addresses are excluded from public profiles.
Public profiles show an alias, broad activity region, expertise and reputation. Wallet addresses are used for login and settlement but are excluded from public profile responses. Your introduction or public blockchain transactions may still allow others to link your identity.
Access is checked for requesters and submitters.
Only the requester and the submitter can read a submitted report and its attachments. The server checks level and individual approval requirements before providing the detailed brief. Submissions are not shared with other participants, but copying or resharing material that has already been viewed cannot be prevented.
Wallet addresses, report originals and attachments are encrypted.
Wallet addresses, private briefs, original reports and attachments are encrypted on the server before storage. The server decrypts them after checking access permissions, so this is not end-to-end encryption. Encryption alone does not provide classified-information certification or guarantee protection from leaks.
EXIF and GPS metadata are removed from uploaded images.
JPG, PNG and WebP images are reprocessed on upload to remove EXIF and GPS metadata and correct orientation. Visible details such as faces, vehicle plates, documents and landmarks are not automatically erased. PDF, TXT, CSV and MP4 files are not covered by this image metadata removal process.
This version handles public requirements and access-restricted reports. It provides no classified-information certification or agency security network. The server can decrypt stored data, and public blockchains expose addresses, amounts and relationships. Reputation reflects participation and reviews, not a guarantee of truth.
Show your capabilities with an alias, region and expertise tags. Report observations and build trust through approvals and reviews.
Use an alias, a country or broad activity region, and expertise tags instead of your legal name.
Check requirements available at your level and propose HRS within the maximum reward.

and protecting information.
Use the request’s report link or the footer to report anonymously. Reviewers may restrict publication, new participation, submissions and payout approvals if a violation or serious risk is found. Requesters can see the reason and appeal. Removal does not trigger automatic refunds; escrow follows the contract’s settlement rules.
L2+ counts only submissions approved by operator-verified requesters. Approval counts, distinct requesters, ratings and time since the first verified approval must all meet the criteria. Wallet age and participation reviews cannot replace approved work. Your level, restricted access and paid-contact eligibility are recalculated when the criteria are no longer met.
An alias is not identity verification. Start with public, low-risk work and check participation reviews. Promotion requires approved submissions; L2+ counts only approvals from requesters separately verified by the operator. New wallets or participation alone cannot earn upper levels. Restricted requirements may also need individual approval. Collusion or mistaken approvals remain possible, so important decisions require independent cross-checking.
Submission approval means the requester selected it for a reward under the submission criteria. HRS payments, reputation and levels do not automatically certify the truth of a report or claim. Fact-checking requires cross-checking observations from different sources with independent public records. Unverified information must remain marked as unverified.
Titles, broad regions, overviews, rewards and formats are public. Detailed questions and criteria are stored separately with encryption. The server withholds originals until level or approval conditions are met; blur only indicates a locked state. Requesters can revoke access, but cannot remotely erase already delivered material or prevent copying, photography or leaks. Share only what each participant needs.
This version has no classified-information certification, agency security network or end-to-end encryption. The operating server can decrypt stored material. Do not use it for actual classified or legally protected records. Institutional operation needs additional security review, agreements and confidentiality obligations, access auditing, tenant isolation and key-management design.
The requester can rate each approved participant once, even if unselected or cancelled. Participation reviews affect public ratings, but participation alone does not promote you. L1 uses approved submissions; L2+ uses approved submissions from verified requesters, requiring review count, average rating and distinct requester count. Low participation ratings may limit your level. Only operators can grant or revoke requester verification, with an audit record. Levels do not certify identity, clearance or truth.
Yes. Start with L0 public requirements, 0 HRS requirements or unpaid offers. Approved unpaid reports also count toward promotion; upper levels require approvals from verified requesters. Participation or star ratings alone are insufficient.
Propose any amount up to the per-person maximum, including 0 HRS. The server fixes the proposal on submission and uses it for platform payment approvals. The contract checks requester signatures, duplicate recipient payments, reward limits and escrow balance. The server validates proposals, reputation and selection records. Completion refunds unused rewards and excess reserves. Fees use the listed budget; cancellation charges twice the base fee.
When an L2+ source enables paid contacts, request contact using HRS. The fee is deposited on request and paid on acceptance, opening a private in-platform conversation. Declines, withdrawal before acceptance or 48 hours without response qualify for a full refund; sign the refund transaction after expiry in the contact inbox. You are not buying a name, phone number or access to materials. Acceptance does not guarantee results.
The network displays only self-published country or broad activity regions. It collects no live GPS or home addresses; map areas are for navigation. A region and biography can still identify someone, so minimize what you publish. Regions and affiliations are self-declared and do not verify residence or membership.
Deposit HRS into the contract and approve rewards with your wallet. The contract settles the base fee on completion and twice the fee on cancellation. The server manages accounts, access, reputation and encrypted files. Public chains expose transaction addresses, amounts and relationships, so wallet use does not by itself guarantee anonymity.
