Terms of service
Effective version 2026-10-25.1
Unlawful requests are prohibited. Reports or signs of a violation may lead to removal following review. Read the policy
The service and user responsibilities
HUMINT connects requirements, reports and rewards through pseudonymous wallet accounts. Aliases, levels and stated affiliations do not certify identity or legality. Users must have the necessary rights and authorization to request, collect, submit and use information, comply with applicable laws and respect others’ rights.
HRS Use & Risk Notice
The HRS Use & Risk Notice forms part of these terms. HRS supports service escrow, rewards, fees and paid contact; price, principal, returns, redemption and liquidity are not guaranteed. Holding HRS grants no equity or share of business revenue. External trading is separate from platform settlement, and returning unused HRS is not cash redemption. New token transactions require explicit acknowledgment of the current notice, network, token address and settlement program. Non-waivable statutory rights remain intact.

Requests for or assistance with violence, terrorism, sabotage or other crimes, unlawful entry, hacking, interception, tracking, doxxing, stalking, threats, trading unlawfully obtained secrets or credentials, exploitative material, fraud and rights violations are prohibited. Claiming government affiliation or offering tokens creates no exception. Fact-finding must use lawful public information and proper authorization.
Reports and removal
Anyone may report without connecting a wallet or providing a real name or email. Identify the requirement and give specific reasons and supporting facts. A report does not automatically remove content. Reviewers may restrict visibility, new participation, submissions and payout approvals if they find a violation or serious risk. Urgent risks or lawful requests may require temporary restrictions without prior notice. False or retaliatory reports are prohibited.
Report an unlawful requestReasons and appeals
Requesters can see the reason in their own requirement and submit an appeal. Further evidence is reviewed to uphold or lift the restriction. Reporter identities and original report text are not disclosed to other users. Removal does not constitute a final court ruling on legality.
Removal and token settlement
Removal restricts visibility and intake within the service. It does not cancel on-chain transactions, freeze assets or automatically issue refunds. Escrow payments, cancellations and refunds follow wallet signatures and contract rules. Cancellation charges twice the base fee and preserves rewards already paid. Removal does not automatically waive fees, and operators cannot reverse finalized on-chain transactions. Existing transaction verification and escrow settlement remain available.
Anonymity and report privacy
Pseudonymous accounts do not guarantee complete anonymity or legal immunity. Public-chain addresses, amounts and transactions are visible, and posts or files may identify you. Do not include unnecessary names, addresses or sensitive data in reports. Consent records contain the account, terms version and acceptance time. Reports, appeals and decision reasons are encrypted at rest. Authorized operators may access records as necessary for review, security and dispute handling, and may respond to legally valid requests.
Limits of information and rewards
Report approval, reputation and token payments do not guarantee truth or a particular outcome. Important decisions require independent cross-checking. Consider network failures, wallet signatures, token-value changes, transaction fees and account-storage deposits. These terms do not remove rights or platform liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
Consent and policy changes
Publishing, participating, submitting and other main features require explicit acceptance of the current terms. Browsing or connecting a wallet alone is not treated as consent. Material policy changes receive a new version and require renewed acceptance. Records relating to existing settlements, reports and disputes may be retained as needed to handle them after you stop using the service. On-chain records cannot be deleted. Use the platform’s reporting and appeal channels.
