HRS Use & Risk Notice
Effective version 2026-10-25-mainnet-1
HRS in the platform
HRS is an ERC-20 token used for request reward escrow, selected payouts, platform fees and paid PRO contact. ETH is also required for network transaction fees. Holding HRS alone does not entitle you to work, an access level or rewards. Rewards require actual participation and the stated approval conditions.
Rights and value we do not promise
Using the platform or holding HRS alone grants no equity, voting, dividends, business revenue share, interest, principal protection or redemption claim. We do not promise price appreciation, exchange listings, liquidity provision, buybacks or burns to support price. This does not determine legal classification, which depends on actual rights, sales, promotion, operations and applicable law.
Price and trading risks
HRS prices may fluctuate sharply or fall to zero, causing a total loss. Low trading volume or liquidity may prevent a sale or result in a worse execution price. Rewards and escrow returns are settled in HRS units, without preserving their value in fiat or ETH. Service outages, security incidents or regulatory changes may restrict use or trading.
pons issuance and external trading
HRS is an ERC-20 token issued through pons on Robinhood Chain mainnet. Check the supported token and external trading route against the network and addresses below. A fair launch does not guarantee legality, execution, returns, listings or liquidity. External issuance and trading use the external service’s terms, fees, price impact and slippage. Links do not guarantee execution, safety or returns; this notice is not an offering document or personal investment recommendation. Holdings, allocations, related-party trading and issuer fees must be disclosed separately using verified facts.
Escrow returns and fees
An escrow return sends back remaining HRS under contract conditions. It is not a purchase-price refund or a promise to redeem for fiat or ETH. Completion charges the base fee; cancellation charges twice that fee, with past rewards unchanged. A deadline does not trigger an automatic return. External market and creator fees are separate from platform fees, and ETH transaction fees also apply. Statutory cancellation, withdrawal and compensation rights are not excluded.
Address, authority and technical risks
Before signing, verify the network, token token address, recipient and amount. A token with the same name or ticker but a different contract address is not the supported asset. Wallet theft, wrong transfers, program errors or outages may cause loss or interrupt use; finalized transactions are difficult to reverse. Retained minting or freezing authorities or settlement program upgrade authority may affect supply, transfers or settlement. Check authority status through addresses and on-chain records. This notice does not guarantee revoked authorities or a security audit.
Law, taxes and eligibility
An anonymous account, token label or external fair launch does not remove legal obligations. Depending on location and actual activities, issuance, trading, transfers or custody may be subject to licensing, anti-money laundering, sanctions and tax duties. Unlawful fundraising, money laundering, sanctions evasion, market manipulation and wash trading are prohibited. You may not use the service if you do not meet age, location or eligibility requirements imposed by law or the external service, and may not circumvent them.
Connected network and notice updates
The network and token address currently connected to this service appear below. Testnet and Localnet assets are for testing and must not be treated as Mainnet HRS or equivalent monetary value. Changes to the notice version, network, token address or settlement program require a new acknowledgment before new token transactions. Existing transaction checks and escrow return paths remain available. This notice does not waive user rights or platform responsibilities that cannot legally be excluded.
